Livvie has no control over, nor responsibility for the information collected by third parties or the content of third party privacy policies and practices. We retain your data for as long as necessary to carry out the business purposes as defined in the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. When your account is deactivated, we retain your information for a commercially reasonable period to enable re-activation of the Service. If your account is part of an organisation that continues to use the Service, then we retain information that allows the organisation to continue to use the Service. We may retain certain information as needed to comply with legal and audit obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business interests.
We do not knowingly market or provide the Service to children under the age of 13 years, nor solicit information from children under the age of 13 years. We do not sell your information to third parties but note that tracking technologies used for targeted advertising can be considered as “selling”. We do not willingly or knowingly collect information from California residents who are 16 years or younger.
As a California resident, you have the additional right to request information about categories of personal information we collected, the sources from which personal information is collected, and the third parties with whom we shared your information in the past 12 months.
